We are well into 2025 and I am getting things rolling again. I have spent the last year doing some projects away from Basler and it has taken up a lot of time. There is only so much time and I found it hard to commit to everything I wanted to do. These are all great projects and they are rolling now so I have some time to get back into the original work. Let me tell you a little bit about the last years projects.

First we have the 90's Alternative Rock Tribute band called Ziff. You can check that out at www.ziffband.com. This is a cover band that plays the alt rock hits of the 90's when the Seattle music scene was booming and alt rock was on the top of the charts. We play songs from bands like Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Big Sugar, Gin Blossoms and Oasis. Lots of fun and brings back some of the nostalga of growing up in that time. Ziff has shows scheduled throughout the summer around the Edmonton, Alberta area.

Then we have Van Hellion, the tribute to the 1984 era Van Halen. This has taken up the most time and energy and has paid off with some really fun shows! I play the part of Diamond Dave and it has been a great experience studying Dave and getting some of his moves and stage presence down. I have a new respect for Dave and his physical endurance after getting ready for this gig. You can check this one out at www.vanhellion.ca. We have shows coming up at the end of May and as well in June in Camrose, Alberta and Spruce Grove, Alberta, respectivly.
