Happy New Year! 

Happy New Year Everyone!

Basler is back at it and has a few things going on to start 2018 off right! They have a few shows in Edmonton to get things going in January. 

Here is a list of what coming up this month!

January 5 - Edmonton, Hilltop Pub - Multiple Bands

January 12 - Edmonton, Fionn MacCool's Mayfield

January 13 - St. Albert, Blind Pig - Afternoon Show - 3-7pm

January 19-20 - Swift Current, SK. Lucky Charlie's

Basler is helping Santa Paws!  

Santa Paws is a fundraiser to help raise funds for rescue animals!  It will be held at the fabulous Shakers Roadhouse on December 15!  Great music with draws and prizes, plus it's all ages!  See you there! 

Basler at DV8 in Edmonton! 

Basler is looking forward to this Friday night where they will be taking the stage at the DV8 club in Edmonton, Alberta. It will be a night of awesome music and stupendous fun!

Basler will be joined by three other amazing Edmonton artists.

Space Picinic - Melodic eclectic grooves, dope raps, vulnerable chorus vocals and organic/electronic hybrid beats.

Seven Suns - A dose of genre-defying hypnotic fun.

Hello Earthlings - An electronic/alternative band.

Basler in Swift Current and the ESFF 

Basler is excited to be getting back into Saskatchewan this weekend for a show at Uncle Charlies in Swift Current. "We always have a great time playing there and the staff there are awesome! It has probably been about a year since we played there last so it will be a fun weekend, for sure!" says Cameron Basler.

Basler has also had their Video's for "Luckiest Guy" and "Die Alone" chosen to be part of the Pre Show at the Edmonton Short Film Festival! "It is a great night of celebrating the amazing talent we have in Edmonton". I am honoured that we can be a part of it!" Check out the website here :

Basler Unplugged 

That's right! I'm taking some decongestants and throwing on the acoustic guitar for a few shows! It's Basler Unplugged! I would love to hear what songs you would like to see me do! Covers or Originals. Let me know what you think! I will be making a few YouTube videos of a couple of the suggestions! If I use your suggestion I will send you some free songs!

By the way! If you haven't subscribed to our YouTube page you should! It would make us so happy and you get to see all our videos as soon as they are up!

Back to the Mac 

We had a blast last weekend at the awesome new venue in Calmar, Alberta called the Salty Dog! Owner Dixon Christie put out quite the spread and host an awesome party. We were happy to be the first band to hit the stage there!

This weekend we are off to the world famous Ft. McMurry. AKA the Mac. We are playing an awesome venue called the Blackhorse pub where good times are always had. We haven't been there for a while, so it will be great to be back in the Mac!

Basler with Aviator Shades and Desperado Pilots! 

Basler is looking forward to this weekend! Especially Saturday night when they will take the stage at the Forge On Whyte in Edmonton, Alberta with two other amazing bands. The one band is The Aviator Shades from Vancouver are on tour and making a stop in Edmonton that night to promote there new single "Burn It Down" and an upcoming album. The Desperado Pilots is the other band which is an amazingly talented group of guys from Spruce Grove who are promoting their new EP "Elephant". Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.

As you know we play a few cover songs at some gigs and want to record some. We would love to hear what cover song you think we should do or what your favorite  cover song is that you have heard us do already. If we use your suggestion for a recording you will receive a free copy and all the fame and recognition with being mentioned in the release!
